Southwest La. Forestry Forum set Feb. 29

The Southwest Louisiana Forestry Association will hold its annual meeting and Forestry Forum from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29 at the War Memorial Civic Center, 250 West Seventh Street in DeRidder.

Sign in begins at 8 a.m. and the program begins at 8:30 a.m. The agenda includes an update from the Natural Resource Conservation Service, Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry, the Prescribed Burn Association, Drones in Forestry and Forest Insects.
