Louisiana Logging Council Chapter 3 will have a chapter meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29 at the Winn Parish Library, 200 N St. John St., Winnfield. The food plot workshop will be presented by guest speaker Terry Johnson. The meeting is sponsored by the Winn Parish Journal.
