Year-end housing report 'mostly positive'

Year-to-year data on U.S. housing has mostly positive comments, according to a report from Virginia Tech University and the USDA Forest Service.

The entities release commentaries on the U.S. housing market periodically. The latest was for December. The commentaries are in two parts.
